As individual and unique as each couple, so can each of these packages be customized to fit your needs.  These packages will provide you with an idea of services provided along with associated fees.

 

Wedding Day Package

Some couples prefer to plan their entire wedding. However, having someone available to facilitate the rehearsal and oversee the day of the wedding can remove unnecessary stress from a couple’s special day. Below is a summary of services provided with the Wedding Day Package.

· Consultation with the Bride and Groom (1 month prior to wedding)

· Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary

· Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

· Confirm with vendors individual arrangements

· Attendance at the wedding ceremony – may include the reception
(up to 10 hours) 

Package Fee:  $1,500

Entire Wedding Package

Today’s engaged couples are busier than ever and simply just don’t have the time available to devote towards planning a wedding. Additionally, couples seek out the reassurance they gain by hiring a wedding planner to take care of every small to major detail. For those couples the Entire Wedding Package is the package for them.

· Unlimited consultation meetings with the couple

· Capture your vision for your wedding, reception and honeymoon

· Prepare and manage budget and timeline

· Provide recommendations for vendor professionals

· Coordinate vendor appointments with the couple

· Negotiate, book and manage vendor contracts

· Coordinate engagement party, showers, bridal luncheons, etc.
(if requested)

· Order printed materials/stationary

· Coordinate deposits and payments to vendors

· Make arrangements and book rooms for out-of-town guests

· Prepare seating plan and name plates/seating cards for reception

· Provide continuous updates to couple

· Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary

· Schedule and confirm appointments for bride, attendants and mothers

· Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

· Confirming with vendors regarding individual arrangements

· Attendance at the wedding ceremony – may include the reception
(up to 10 hours) 

Package Fee:  $3,400

Custom Packages

If your needs are somewhere in between the previously mentioned packages or perhaps you would just like to consult your wedding planner on a few of the smaller details, a custom package may be the best option for you. Whatever it may be, Ambiance will work with you to find something that’s a perfect fit!
